I plan on starting the South Beach Diet within a week or so…. Just wondering if anyone whose had success with the diet has any tips or stories? Any advice/tips/stories/anything about the diet, thanks!!

I had the book but lost it. My favorite recipe was the appetizer with the stuffed tomatoes with basil. They are so good–taste like pizza! It was a pretty easy recipe, but I can’t remember it exactly. Anyone know it?

My mothers doctor told her that she needs to lose some weight, so he put her on the South Beach Diet. She’s been on it for a week and she’s already lost 5 lbs. So I thought I’d give it a try as well.
Has anyone else had any luck with it?
